We have designed and built Automatic Changeover Robot Heads with Programming and Locations all done in house. Modified existing Robot Cell to handle different products with quick Changeover Locations and Auto Changeover of Robot Cutting Heads.

Designed and developed Robot cutting and trimming of Blow Moulded products.

Modifying existing machines to use Pneumatic Screwdrivers, Cutters and other automation improvements.

Post moulding machining work on plastic products.

Flame de flashing of split line on blow moulded products.
Machining of split line to allow air tight seal on turbo ducts.
Shape changing of polycarbonate drink ware to create carafe shape without die split line on product.

We have experience in Ultrasonic Welding with polypropylene and polycarbonates.
